Enterprise plan
We can export all your data (data dump) in a raw format. The data schema for raw data is saved as three files: sessions (sample CSV file), events (sample CSV file) and Google Ads integration. The first request is at our expense and you won’t be charged for it. Any other request needs to be agreed with your account manager.

Core plan
We don’t offer data dumps in the Core plan. Instead, you can export the session log report or export raw data with our BI integrations (Looker Studio, Power BI (desktop) or Power BI (service)). If you choose to export the session log report, do so in batches (1,000,000 rows in a single export is the limit).
