If you can’t see the consent form on your site, here’s what might help:
- See if you’ve turned on this setting: Administration > Sites & apps > Privacy > Ask visitors for consent (on) Read more
- If you’ve turned on this setting: Administration > Sites & apps > Privacy > Ask visitors for consent > Ask for consent only in countries under the GDPR and UK GDPR (on), the form will only be displayed to visitors from GDPR countries. If you don’t see the form, your IP address may be pointing to a country outside this region.
- Make sure you’ve published at least one tag with analytics consent.
- See if Piwik PRO recognizes you as a new visitor. The consent form only pops up for new visitors. Try clearing your cookies or opening your site in incognito mode.
