Piwik PRO provides two important pages to keep you updated about our services: the Piwik PRO status and the status page. 

These pages help you check if everything is running smoothly – from service status for each data center to planned maintenance updates and uptime information.

Piwik PRO status

Our Piwik PRO status is a quick way to see the current status of our services and any important updates. You can access it by visiting status.piwik.pro or piwik.pro/status.

On the Piwik PRO status, you’ll see:

  • Service status for each data center:
    • Operational – Everything is working as expected.
    • Performance degraded – Some features may be slow or partially unavailable.
    • Ongoing incident – A major issue is affecting the service.
  • Planned maintenance updates.
  • Links to detailed status pages for each data center.

Status page

The status page gives you more details about service performance, past incidents, and uptime history of your Piwik PRO account.

You can view it by adding /status to your account address, like this: https://example.com/status

You can also access it from the Piwik PRO status if you know your data center’s location.

On the status page, you’ll see:

  • Service status:
    • Operational – Everything is working as expected.
    • Performance degraded – Some features may be slow or partially unavailable.
    • Ongoing incident – A major issue is affecting the service.
    • Info – Everything is working as expected, but we might post updates about planned changes or minor improvements.
  • Incident history – What issues have happened and how we handled them.
  • Planned maintenance updates.
  • Uptime information for this month and historical data.
