Grant technical support access to your account

Needed permissions: owner

You have the option to allow or deny technical support access to your account. Granting us access will help us troubleshoot any product issues more quickly. If you choose not to grant access, it may take us much longer to help you. Sometimes, it could even make solving problems impossible.

To grant or deny access to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu > Administration.
  2. Navigate to Account.
  3. On the left, click Account settings.
  4. Turn on or off Allow technical support access.
