Note: Piwik PRO Consent Manager is now offered only on Enterprise plans. Some customers on Business plans may still have access through an existing license.
If you can’t see the consent form on your site, here’s what might help:
1. See if you’ve turned on this setting in Menu > Administration > Sites & apps > Privacy > Consent management tool. Read more
2. Make sure you’ve published at least one tag with analytics consent.
3. See if Piwik PRO recognizes you as a new visitor. The consent form only pops up for new visitors. Try clearing your cookies or opening your site in incognito mode.
