Working with Piwik PRO is easy. All you need to do is navigate to your account address in a desktop browser and log in to your account. You can use any of the following browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Opera
- Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer (11)
We update our product to be compatible with the latest versions of all the listed browsers.
Troubleshooting
If your Piwik PRO account is not working properly, you may need to check the following browser settings:
- Turn on cookies: Check to see if cookies are turned on in your browser. Our product needs them to work correctly.
- Turn on popups and JavaScript: Check to see if popups and JavaScript are turned on in your browser. Our product uses them to show you messages and download files.
- Set your screen resolution: Set your screen resolution to at least 1024 x 768. Otherwise, things may not look right.
- Check your web browser add-ons: Some browser add-ons, extensions, ad blockers or plugins may conflict with our product. You can turn them off or try the browser without them. Here’s a list of some browser extensions and how they affect our user interface.
