Which browser do I need to use Piwik PRO?

Working with Piwik PRO is simple. You only need to navigate to your account’s address, for example, clearbank.piwik.pro, in a desktop browser and log in to your account. You can use any of the following browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Opera
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Internet Explorer (11)

We update our application to be compatible with the latest versions of all listed browsers.

If your Piwik PRO account is not working well, you may need to check the following browser settings:

  • Enable cookies: Check if cookies are enabled in your browser. Our application needs them to work correctly. 
  • Enable pop-ups and JavaScript: Check if pop-ups and JavaScript are enabled in your browser. Our application uses them to show you messages and to download files.
  • Set your screen resolution: Set the minimum screen resolution to 1024 x 768. Otherwise, things may appear out of place. 
  • Check your web browser add-ons: Some browser add-ons, extensions, ad blockers, or plugins can conflict with our application. You may want to turn them off or try a browser without them.
