If the IP address you blocked is still being tracked, make sure you added it correctly.
Always use the complete IP address you want to exclude from traffic, even if you’re masking it. Piwik PRO will exclude the address before applying any masking.
You can also use wildcards, like 54.217.*.* or 54.217.240.*.
