If you don’t see your consent form, here’s what might help:
- This option should be turned on: Administration > Sites & apps > Privacy > Ask visitors for consent (on) Read more
- If you turned on this setting: Administration > Sites & apps > Privacy > Ask visitors for consent > Ask for consent only in countries under the GDPR and UK GDPR (on), the form will be displayed only to visitors from these countries. If you don’t see the form, maybe your IP address indicates a country from outside this region.
- Check if you have at least one tag published with the consent type:
Analytics. - Check if Piwik PRO sees you as a new visitor. The consent form will be displayed only to the new visitors. Try to clear cookies and open your site in a privacy or incognito mode.
