Almost all reports and dates are working fine except one or a small number of days/weeks/months/date ranges which display zero visits. How do I fix this issue and restore the missing data?

In rare cases, Piwik PRO will show “no data” for a subset of data, for example for one day, one week or one month, while other periods will work fine and report all data as expected. Most likely it is a problem with the archiving process.

There may be a lot of reasons here, you shouldn’t worry since the data is most likely intact but is only displayed incorrectly. It will be best to contact support@piwik.pro
