If you ever forget your Piwik PRO password, we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset it. For security reasons, we won’t send your current password, but will ask you to create a new one.
To recover your password, follow these steps:
- Start logging in to Piwik PRO.
- Click Forgot password?
- Type in your email and click Send me instructions.
- You’ll receive reset instructions in your email. If you don’t see them, check your junk or spam folder.
Note: You can change your password at any time by following these instructions.
