About tracker debugger

Needed permissions: owner, manage, edit & publish, edit or view

The tracker debugger lets you check if your tracking works correctly. Unlike the session log report, which presents data with a 30-minute delay, tracker debugger shows real-time events that are happening on your website. Therefore, after making some changes to the tracking, you can quickly see if the tracker is correctly collecting data.

To use the tracker debugger, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu > Analytics.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. On the left, click Tracker debugger.
  4. View recorded sessions.
