After the top 500 or top 1000 rows, Piwik PRO automatically groups pages, keywords, websites, etc. under the label “Others”. Why is it happening and how to change it?

Sometimes it may appear that part of your reports is being hidden under the “Others” row. What does it mean? Piwik PRO will only archive the first top 500 pages, top 1000 keywords, top 1000 websites, Custom Variables, etc. by default. It happens because of performance reasons and all the remaining keywords, pages, etc. will be collected under the “Others” label then.

If you would like to display more data, or just archive more than the current rows limit, please let us know on support@piwik.pro. Please notice that there is a limitation for that though and it can’t be enlarged indefinitely.
