We keep your visitor data as per your plan. In the Core plan, you get the last 14 months’ data. With the Enterprise plan, it’s 25 months or a custom period.
Data retention starts from the first event we track. If data exceeds this period, it’s deleted on the first day of the following month along with the data for the entire month. When you close your account, all your data is also deleted.
