Where can I find a visitor’s IP address?

To find a visitor’s IP address, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Piwik PRO.

2. Go to Menu > Analytics.

3. Navigate to Reports.

4. On the left, click Session log.

5. The visitor’s IP address is displayed at the top of each session log.

Note: Visitors’ IP addresses may be masked. If so, you’ll see 0.0.0.0 or :: (short version for 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000) in reports.
