What is custom consent in tag settings?

Custom consent is an additional consent type that you can use in the consent form and tag settings. If you choose to use it, tags that require custom consent will only run for visitors who have agreed to it.

To set custom consent for a tag, follow these steps:

1. Go to Menu > Tag Manager.
2. Navigate to Tags.
3. On the left, select the tag you want to work with.
4. In Consent type, click the drop-down menu and pick: Custom consent.
