What is the difference between my current version and the +18.0.0 version of Piwik PRO?

If your Piwik PRO is still on a version lower than +18.0.0, you might be curious about the upgrades you can expect when you migrate to it. We’ve created a list of features that will clarify the differences and assist you in smoothly transitioning to the new version.

Improved email communication
A new privacy option in Administration > Sites & apps > Privacy > Don’t collect visitor’s device data. It helps you comply with the German Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and similar privacy laws.
Single-page applications are now tracked automatically. You can turn SPA tracking on or off in Administration > Sites & apps > Data collection > SPA > Track page views in a single-page application.
UI also available in: Catalan, Spanish and Swedish
Session limits: You can set the maximum session duration and the maximum number of events per session and decide what happens when these limits are exceeded.
Collect visitors’ IP addresses: You can choose whether or not to collect visitors’ IP addresses.
